Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been purchased.
If something goes wrong, we will make it right:
- If a file will not open, is damaged, or does not match its description, email info@clinicalveterinarytechnology.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working or corrected file.
- If we cannot fix the problem, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
- If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
Printing tip: before contacting us, please check the How to Print guide included in your download. Most printing issues are solved by printing at 100% or Actual Size.
